BIAB (builder in a bottle) is a soft builder gel that gives your own nails strength and a smooth shape. It is the service we recommend most to anyone who wants to grow their nails without extensions.
Every three to four weeks we file back the grown-out part and fill it in, rather than removing everything, so your nails stay protected the whole time.
